How do I place an order for multiple students?

If you would like to request an invoice for multiple students, please email support@simplextraining.com with the names, email addresses, and courses for each student. We will then send you a consolidated invoice for payment. Once payment is completed, all students will be automatically enrolled and can begin the course immediately.

What is your refund policy?

According to our Terms of Sale, all purchases are non-refundable. However, we recognize that circumstances may change. If you have completed less than 5% of the course and it is within 30 days of the original purchase date, we can issue a credit. This credit can be used for a different course or the same course at a later date. No refunds or credits will be issued after 30 days from the original purchase.
