We award Certificates of Competence for training programs across various industry sectors. Our Quality Systems are audited against ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and are compliant with ASTM E2659 Standard Practice for Certificate Programs and ISO 21001 Management Systems for Educational Organizations.

Please email [email protected] with the names, email addresses, and selected courses for each student. We’ll issue a single invoice for payment, which can be made by credit card or ACH transfer.

Once payment is received, all students will be automatically enrolled and can begin their courses immediately.

According to our Terms of Sale, all purchases are non-refundable.

However, we recognize that circumstances may change. If you have completed less than 5% of the course and it is within 30 days of the original purchase date, we can issue a credit. This credit can be used for a different course or the same course at a later date.

No refunds or credits will be issued after 30 days from the original purchase.

We accept purchase orders and can issue a single invoice for multiple students, referencing your purchase order number. The invoice may be paid by credit card or ACH transfer, and students are automatically enrolled once payment is received.

The prices listed on our website are all-inclusive, covering all course-related expenses. There are no additional fees for exams or for retaking quizzes.

You can select Klarna at checkout to take advantage of flexible payment plans. Klarna allows you to split your purchase into four interest-free payments, making it easier to manage your expenses. It functions as a “buy now, pay later” service provider.

You’ll have access to your course for one year from the purchase date, even after you’ve completed it.

Some courses include Student Handouts that can be downloaded for reference. However, in accordance with company policy, course content itself cannot be downloaded. You’ll have online access to your courses for one year from the purchase date.

Our courses are delivered in a self-paced, on-demand e-learning format. You can access your course anytime and start, pause, or resume your training at your convenience.

We do not offer group training sessions. Our courses are designed for individual learning, allowing each student to progress at their own pace.

Our courses progressively assess competence through quizzes at the end of each lesson. Some courses also include a final quiz, which is included in the course price.

Course employ a dynamic, progressive learning format. Each new concept is introduced through a short, focused  presentation designed for maximum retention. Following each presentation, a brief quiz immediately tests your understanding and reinforces the material. For select courses, your knowledge will be cemented with a comprehensive final quiz to ensure mastery of all topics.

Our courses are offered in a self-paced, on-demand e-learning format and are not instructor-led or instructor-supported.

To ensure you fully master each topic, all quizzes are automatically graded and require a minimum passing score of 70%. If you don’t pass on your first attempt, no problem—you can review the materials and retake the quiz as many times as needed, at no additional cost.
